Del tha Funkee Homosapien
Oakland native Teren Delvon Jones, better known as Del tha Funkee Homosapien (and Ice Cube's cousin), had a hit with the rather catchy Mistadobalina back in 1991. The album from which it sprang sold well, but it's been mostly downhill for Del since then — 1994's No Need For Alarm flopped and, inevitably, he got dropped by his label. And that should've been the end of his career, bar a comeback appearance on Dancing With The Stars. But it hasn't. Del's back with a new album — and it's free.
